瑜伽輪工作坊
Yoga Wheel Workshop
瑜伽輪有助胸部和肩部擴張、伸展髖部屈肌,經常練習可恢復脊椎的活力、改善駝背、紓緩肩頸痛、腰背痛等電腦症候群,適合需要長期坐着或站立的打工族。
對瑜伽初學者來說,瑜伽輪可以作為一個輔助工具較輕鬆地緞練後彎動作、腹部核心肌群或平行動作。
對於中級學員來說,瑜伽輪可以作為人體深度平衡、深度協調的緞練,也可作為高難度動作預備式子的鍛練工具,例如:手倒立、手前臂倒立等手平衡動作(Arm Balancing Poses)。
於練習瑜伽時使用瑜伽輪,可~
-將身體前部份(胸部,肩膊,髖部)伸展,改善肩、頸、背痛
-安全而深層地按摩脊椎,改善腰酸背痛、寒背
-鍛練核心肌群
